Unable to receive/make calls/texts

Hi,
I every so often my phone won't work and I can't make or receive calls and texts. My internet works fine. Generally when I turn my phone off/on it works again.

Can u help me with this? I haven't updated my phone at all so I think the issue is with the network rather than the phone.

Try switching off, taking the SIM out, gently cleaning the contacts, reinserting the SIM and switching on again in case that helps at all.

If not then perhaps it might be worth trying a replacement SIM in case there's a problem with your current one?

(If you do go down this route then make sure to choose the "swap" and not "block" option when ordering a replacement).
