Hi,

Does 48 offer the ability for WiFi Calling ?

This I understand to be that where the mobile network reception is poor to nill, & that you are also connected to a WiFi network at the same time, that the call will re-route automatically from the Mobile Network to the WiFi Network once the option was enabled in settings.

However, I do not appear to have this option in the setting of my IPhone 5s.

Anybody able to help me out on this ?

& before anybody comes back with use 'What's App' etc, this is more specifially where calls are coming through on the Mobile Network but because of my location, reception is extremely poor...

I'm pretty sure that they don't provide that service but check with support to be sure - option 3 here or use the chat facility during support office hours:

http://www.48months.ie/help#ask-a-48-agent

Hope this helps.
