Is this the same problem?

http://osxdaily.com/2012/10/10/fix-iphone-signal-loss-stuck-on-no-service/

You can order a replacement SIM here if you want to try that (choose the "swap" option not the "block" option.

Can anyone help with this problem. I have an iPhone 5s. When my phone is sitting out of coverage for some time and then returned to an area of coverage, it doesn't pick up the signal. I have to restart the phone each time and then it picks up signal. Tried a Vodafone Sim in the phone and it doesn't show same problem. Picks up signal every time. Seems my 48 Sim is the problem. Do I need to order a sim like a new customer or are there replacement Sims for current customer's.
