Hey I cant get 3g or 4g on my phone someone from 48 needs to change my vpn settings

A few things:

VPN has nothing to do with this. I presume you meant APN?
48 does not support 4G/LTE
To get internet working you need to configure your internet/APN settings yourself - follow the instructions here to do this:

There is a problem with data services affecting some but not all users at the moment so even if you set things up correctly it may not work until this issue is resolved:
