Hi, I just bought add ons minutes to text friends in france and Mayotte (bought the EU minutes) but I still can't text them..
can you help?

Hey,

The EU calls and texts are for roaming, meaning for texting home when abroad. You need to have credit on your account to text numbers in Europe as theyrent included in the text & minute bundles.
