Hi, I got credit yesterday and its showing up when I log in and I can make calls and texts but my internet is not working, is the service down or what's going on?

What do you mean by credit?

Did you top up your cash credit balance?

Or did you buy membership or add-ons?

What does your online account say about your membership (current and next if applicable) and expiry date for your current membership?

What does it say about your data allowance balance?

Remember that if you use up allowances on your current membership before the membership month is up then you need to buy add-ons to tide you over to the end of the membership month.

Add-ons

Buying a new membership will not give you those allowances immediately - the new membership will stack to kick in when the current membership expires.
