Making and receiving calls

I just joined 48 and when I make or receive a call it connects and I'm able to talk/hear the person speaking for like 3 seconds at most and then it automatically hangs up.. Just wondering if I can fix this or what? Thanks

Did you buy membership?

What does your online account say about your membership status and expiry date?

Thanks for replying! And Yes I bought membership and it doesn't expire until 24th October 2014. I'm also having another problem... Whenever I turn off mobile data and 3G I have no signal, it says No Service. I don't want to leave my mobile data and 3G on at all times cause I'm usually in a wifi area but will I have to in order to get signal at all?
