Moving Number

hi, ive just joined 48 and i am looking to move my friends 48 number to my phone she moved her old number to 48 when she joined and now that shes going off the network im getting her number, when i click move number and type the number out it tells me phone already exists. What do i do?

I think you'll have to contact 48 support to get them to do this.

I suspect that the online transfer system is not set up to deal with transfers of an existing 48 number to another 48 account.

I cant see why you cant just use her SIM card.... or are you already!?
