I have a sony xpreria m and cant get my internet working please HELP!! ive tried everything

Try the online configurator. Choose the relevant Xperia M model.

If that doesn't work then download the Tweakker APN app from the Google Play Store over wifi and run it:

In either case ensure that data roaming is enabled.

I'm assuming that you have a data allowance as part of your membership or a data add-on.
