Internet still slow after adjusting setting

I followed the link to change internet setting for iPhone 4S in cellular settings and my internet is still very slow and sometimes no connection

Did you try the online configurator to configure your settings correctly?

Was it always slow or did it ever work OK?

If it was previously faster when did it slow down?

What changes did you make to your settings?

Can you post your APN/internet settings here for review/comment please?

No wasn't always slow.. Just last few weeks and fully not working the last couple of days. I followed the steps and entered in correct details for iphone 4 s but hasn't made any difference. I don't know how to post my APN settings but I checked that I have them in correctly
