You mean you want a new membership to kick in immediately even though you have a current membership with time left to run of its normal monthly period?
You can't do that. All memberships run their full monthly course so you have to wait for the current one to expire before a new one kicks in. You can't prematurely terminate a current membership and have a new one kick in "early".

If you have used up the current membership allowances then you need to purchase add-ons to tide you over to the end of the current membership month:
