phone won't make calls

I have 252 minutes left to mobiles and 59 to landlines. When I try to make calls nothing happens. Phone says it is calling but no dial tone etc. There is no problem with speakers as I have played music, tried loudspeaker and also tried headphones. Is this a problem with the network? I have made calls no problem up until today.

How is the signal in your area do you get signal bars at all? If you do have active membership and have turned your phone off and on again (to see if it would reconnect) as well, and it still doesn't work, it would be a good idea to contact the 48 agents. They can troubleshoot in case it has something to do with your account, or see if there are any mast issues going on in your area.

Hi Marion. Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure what the problem was. I was able to receive calls but not make them. Signal was fine. It seems to have resolved now. I will get in touch with the agents of I have any further problems
