my wife and I have just toped up by 10 euro eatch and have no cridet left..why not ?

Hi @Anon One thing to check is if you have topped up your credit balance, or bought membership, as these are two different things. If you have bought a 10 eur membership and paid it using your credit balance, then that would explain why your credit balance disappeared.

You can check your membership in your account page in My 48 - it will let you know if you have membership active.
