I just topped up my twenty euro credit and bought the don membership,everything loaded except my mobile minutes what do I do ?

I'd say this might possibly be an issue for a member of the tech staff. They'll be able to take a look at what's going on with your account.

theres 4 mins remaining from last months but I used them on a phonecall at one but it still says 4 minutes remaining..

For the balance check you can also do it via a short code from your phone. See list of short codes here.

So for checking your remaining mobile calls allowance, you can dial the code *100*2# on your phone. It should return with your current remaining mobile calls allowance.

still says remaining minutes I have are four minutes til next month..
