No signal while roaming

Hi, in in Berlin for the last 3 weeks and up until yesterday my Irish sim has been working fine, however last night I lost signal and have not got it back. When I use my German sim signal is fine and I have tried shutting show and restarting the phone but no difference. I have add ins, have paid membership and have credit yet the phone still says 'searching'. Could you help please...so I need a new sim?

You'll probably have to contact 48 support to ask them to investigate/advise...

Hi there again... I have had two people try to help with this 492115 and 400243 requests, but no luck I'm afraid. Is it possible to get another SIM card. Also I paid my membership and got roaming calls and texts but I can't use them 😞
