      <description>Are you getting any signal?&lt;BR /&gt;If not then manually scan for and connect to a network.&lt;BR /&gt;Do you have a current membership?&lt;BR /&gt;Do you have cash credit on your account to pay for outgoing and incoming calls and outgoing texts?&lt;BR /&gt;If not do you have EU roaming add ons to cover these?</description>
