I'm have no membership it ran out last night and the shops are closed till next week and I really need membership is there anyway I can be minus money in my account as I will pay it back when the shops open or 48 services give me a top up code and put minus €10 in my account

As far as I know, 48 don't offer IOU's.

An alternative though, could be to borrow this money off a friend, and top-up online?!

And that this prevents you from topping up.

Where are you located that the shops close like this?!

nubus is suggesting that you borrow the money from somebody - not necessarily somebody on 48. As mentioned above 48 almost certainly don't do IOUs or allow negative balances.
