Both sims not working

Hi there,I had an iPhone5 with neno sim,4 days ago I bought iPhone 3 which comes with normal sim,I ordered a swipe sim,which I got yesterday,today I tried to register it with my old number,and now both sims aren't working since that time,I missed a call from my manager,which cast me,my job.could some body help me as there isn't any customer service available for 48

Hi Malik.

It seems you're stuck between 2 SIMs and 2 Numbers.

Have you tried sending calls & texts to both numbers from a different phone?
If not, please do so. This will help us find out which number is still active.

My guess is that you're stuck in the porting process.

Thanks for reply!actually I can't make or received calls on both sim,old sim shows "refreshing sim" but nothing happens.never had this kind of situation before.many thanks for links provided,but they won't helped is well
