So I rang BOI and half during the call it cut out with the message in the subject line,

I checked my plan and have 48 (lol) minutes left.

What number did you call?

My guess is that it was not a regular landline, it was not covered by your membership bundled landline mins but was charged from your cash credit balance and you ran out of cash credit?

For example 1850 numbers cost 50c per call, 1890 50c PER MIN etc.

What problem?
What sort credit?
Cash credit?
Additional landline or mobile call minutes?
