I have just started with 48 and have been thru the whole process of unlocking my phone and was careful to click on keep my old number and did the operation in middle of the day but i have been given a new number. What should i do now to get my old number back?

What does it say when you log into your online account?

Does it list a new (089?) number or your old one?

If you don't see your old one then perhaps submit a porting request.

I don't know why this seems to happen to quite a few people - i.e. they say that they chose the option to keep their old number at registration time but they end up with a new 089 number...
