Hi I have a Samsung galaxy trend and my internet won't work on my phone I don't know if it is my settings or not ,i am going to Paris in the morning and would like to use my phone abroad ,I don't won't to put on roman min if it does not work can someone please help me with this

You won't be able to use internet/data in France as 48 don't support data roaming abroad at all.

You will need to use wifi only for internet access.

If your internet is not working here in Ireland then you need to ensure that your internet/APN settings are correctly configured:

Calls and texts should automatically work fine while roaming. But while roaming in France it may make sense to buy roaming calls and/or text add-ons depending on how you plan to use your phone over there:

E.g. when you have the EU roaming calls add-on it costs nothing to receive calls whereas without you need cash credit on your account to pay for incoming calls. Other things may be more cost effective with the add-ons too. Check out the details in the link above.
