I am trying to go to 48 but keep my number and I registered it but it keeps saying they have a problem changing my number and are giving me options to fix it but its not helping I really want to go 48 bur need to keep my number please help thanks ann

Did you try to port your number as follows:

How do I keep my old number?

but something went wrong?

Did you contact 48 support about this?

How to get help

If you have not contacted support then you probably should do so now.

If you have then you will just have to bear with them while they advise you and sort it out.

If there are porting problems then only 48 support can sort them out.
