Edit: sorry - only noticed now that your problem was with INCOMING calls getting dropped and you getting the "no credit" message - after I had posted the following. However the advice about logging a support request still stands and hopefully the rest of the info may be of use to somebody else!

Note that outgoing calls will drop after 60 mins. 48 introduced this limit because some people were leaving their phones connected for hours on end as baby monitors and the like!

http://48months.ie/boiler-plate/terms#18

However I presume that you mean that calls are dropping sooner than that? What's the coverage like in your area?

http://community.48months.ie/t5/Most-Popular-Questions-Knowledge/What-s-the-network-coverage-like/ta-p/236

You might need to log a support query to get 48 to look into this problem for you.

http://help.48months.ie/requests/new

When calls drop or get terminated at the 60 mins limit you do get that "no credit" message even if it can be a bit meaningless.

Hope this helps.

OK - you'll probably need to log a support request as I suggested above. Hopefully 48 support can help you.

Hope this helps.
