Not receiveing texts or calls

I can send texts , make calls , internet and email is also good but I can't receive calls or texts ,any ideas?

Sounds odd - you probably need to log a support request to see if 48 can help you with this. I wonder if it's something wrong with your account setup that only they can sort out?
