Sending top up money

Just wondering if i have top up money can i send it to a friend on here to pay his membership?

I know i can send it through credit card but don't have any money on card right now. thanks

I don't think so. At least I can't see any way to do it even via the gift shop link:

If I go through the motions of buying membership for somebody else it only gives me the option of paying with my card. Admittedly I don't have enough credit balance for the purchase so I don't know if I had if it would present an option to pay from my credit balance?

And gifting credit can only be done via card or voucher as far as I can see.

Maybe 48 can clarify.
