I cant use ANY of my text and because i bought my phone from china i cant get the spacific data pachage to upload on my phone what can I do, PLEASE HELP

If you can't text then make sure that your SMSC is correctly configured. Normally this should come from the SIM automatically but maybe sometimes you have to manually configure it. On Android you often configure it like this:
