Costs for friends when I am roaming

I have the Guido and Im heading to France for a bit. I am planning to buy some roaming txts and minutes but first can you please clarify if all the following are true while the add-on is active and I am roaming:

a) I can receive txts and calls free.

b) I can make up to 15 minutes of calls per 3.50 add on , and 25 txts per 2.00 addon

c) No addational cost to friends and family to text/call me or to receive my calls/texts while I am abroad. ie if their package allows free calls/texts to irish mobiles, then while Im abroad they can still ring/txt me or receive calls/txt from me without extra cost???

I want to tell them the right thing from the start.

You can receive texts for free whether or not you have any add-ons.

You can receive calls for free if you buy an EU calls add-on. Otherwise you'll pay 8c/min to receive calls.
