For internet access and picture messaging you will need to configure your internet settings - try all of the step here:

For picture messaging you will also need cash credit as picture messages are not covered by membership allowances and cost 30c each to send charged from your credit balance.

What do you mean?

What did you pay for with your card?

Membership or credit balance topup?

Did you get any errors?

What does your online account say about your membership status and expiry date (current and next if applicable) and current membership allowance balances?

What does the My History link on your account say about recent transactions?

Did the money come out of your card account?

Remember that if you have a current membership and have used up allownces then you need to buy add-ons.

Buying a new membership will just stack until the current membership expires. It does not kick in immediately.
