Hi, I don't seem to be receiving some texts on my phone. The texts show up as sent on the senders phone but I don't receive them. This has happened a number of times with different people where sometimes their text comes through and sometimes it doesn't. Can anyone help with this issue!?

Have you tried restarting your phone, and removing your SIM card?

Also, are you able to send texts alright?

Hi, thanks for your suggestions. It only happens with some texts and not others, which is the strange part. My mail box defo isn't full and I've tried restarting my phone too. I've sent an email to 48 support, so hopefully they can help!
