i requested to keep my own number but it still changed too the 089 number! how do i get my other number back? please help ?

Did you submit a porting request?

Did you get the security code to your old SIM/number and enter it into the form correctly?

Did you choose the correct network and account/billing type?

If you did all this and the port has not happened then log a support request to ask 48 why there is a delay.

its working now i think just cant get the credit too come onto my phone anytime i try rinng someone it ssays thats one person you cant ring back in the corner 😕

when i jioned 48 your porting of numbers was constantly making mistakes , i dont know if its to late now but could you try my number was 085********
