Internet is to slow

Internet on my phone is really slow it takes about 2-3 mins to load up a webpage depending if it has lots of pictures like 48 homepage etc it takes 4-5 mins. It can't even load up pictures on facebook when I refresh my news feed it takes forever and don't get me started onyYouTube vids it doesn't even load up I bought the Mitch membership which is 15gb and if it cant even play a vid what can I do with 15gb. Can any one help please

Run a speed test and post the results.

Are you on 2G or 3G?

Dial *#*#4636#*#* and see what Network Type is listed (e.g. HSDPA etc.).
