SIM network unlock PIN

hi I recived my 48 SIM and I registered it . I turned on the phone and entered PIN1 and then it came up SIM network unlock PIN and I can't find a pin for this ??

Hi I had a Vodafone SIM card before and didn't use it for a year and the card was canceled , I gave them my friends number for an unlock code with my imei code and got the unlock but I still doesn't work ?

I don't fully understand the question.

If you are having problems unlocking a phone locked to Vodafone then you need to deal with them about it or get the phone unlocked unofficially. 48 can't really do anything about this.
