Mobile internet wont work now at all

Ive an xperia m.have 1Mb of internet left(monthly allowance) and have downloaded settings a few times.wat do I do now?

So, I assume you have only recently have experienced issue's connecting to the Internet?

Have you had any fair usage notifications?

What area are you in (town & country)

No I havent,in loughduff co. Cavan,I installed the settings above and it worked for a few days but has stopped again,I still have 850mb left for the month
