Make sure that you have an active membership, and a data allowance bundled with your membership or internet add-on.

Hi I got Xperia z2 everything is working except my Internet n I just topped up it says I have 1gb but doesn't work can u fix it quick thanks

You need to configure your internet settings for internet access to work.

Try the online configurator - whichever link is relevant to your phone:

Make sure to enable data roaming.
