      <description>&lt;P&gt;48 don't provide phones or over the air firmware updates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'll have to get them elsewhere - e.g. from the HTC site.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm pretty sure that 48 don't do OTA (over the air) firmware updates for any phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But log a support request and ask them if you like:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A target="_blank" href="https://community.48.ie/t5/Need-Help/How-to-get-help/td-p/4038/jump-to/first-unread-message"&gt;How to get help&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HTC do provide a manual update route for those who cannot get OTA updates.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know if this one is specific to US and not suitable for use in this part of the world?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.htc.com/us/support/news.aspx?p_id=630&amp;amp;p_name=htc-one-t-mobile"&gt;http://www.htc.com/us/support/news.aspx?p_id=630&amp;amp;p_name=htc-one-t-mobile&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The HTC Ireland support website doesn't seem to have been updated for a while...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.htc.com/ie/support/"&gt;http://www.htc.com/ie/support/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
