    <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to get an unlocked phone. If you get it from another operator then chances are it will be locked to their network. In that case you need to get it unlocked either officially by the operator or unofficially (e.g. in a phone unlock shop or using a code obtained/purchased online). Some retailers sell unlocked or "SIM free" phones that are not locked to any specific network.
