PIN for new SIM

HI, I registered my new SIM, I have been disconnected from my old provider, but I have no PIN to use my new 48 SIM card! How do I get one? I've spent the whole day without the use of my phone! I emailed this morning but still no solution.

You mean the SIM PIN that the phone asks for when the 48 SIM is inserted and the phone is switched on?

It comes on the envelope in which the 48 SIM is delivered.

Note that if you don't want to have to enter the SIM PIN every time you switch your phone on then you can disable this option in the phone settings.
