      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI, I registered my new SIM, I have been disconnected from my old provider, but I have no PIN to use my new 48 SIM card! How do I get one? I've spent the whole day without the use of my phone! I emailed this morning but still no solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jan&lt;/P&gt;</description>
