hi my partned uses 48 long time and we forgot his log in detales a while ago but he always used text add ons to keep him going.but now he is on holiday in norway and he ordered roaming so we can be in touch but his sim is not registering for network there! its europe and phone settings are ok.so because we cant log in we cant sort this out.i can give his 48 number if that will help

After a period of inactivity, 48 close down accounts-but that would not apply here...however, if your partner has no active membership - they would not be able to dial out or text.

48 Add on's are available for use in EU countries...but wont work without Active membership...

Im unsure what the issue is... as a simple Network search would provide carrier connectivity.
