Can you provide a little more information...

When did it start?
What details are on your account (My 48 page)-what membership are you on...when did it start, & when is it due to expire?
Have you Data/minutes left?
Any other notifications there ?

i cant make outgoing calls and no incoming call since last year i bought top up on the sim today the problem is still there please help me out

Hi michella

You say you topped up... but have you live membership running like Guido or Don?

Either way, you should be able to recieve calls... can you check your online account for notifications...

Possible you lost your APN settings... (?)

I'm facing this problem from the last 2 days . I have paid my membership already . It's on monthly membership basis . I really need it because allots of my work depend upon in it . Everyone got my this number at least you should not stop my incoming call .

You need to lay out the issue before any advice can be given.
