      <description>How exactly do you mean blacklisted?&lt;BR /&gt;Do you mean barred because it's nicked out something?&lt;BR /&gt;Easiest way to try is to get a SIM, register it and try calling the new 089 number allocated to it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps.</description>
