just got a nokia lumia 520 and went to use the windows 8 internet settings but there is no add apn option where it is shown on the screen shots and this is what i have any help???

Hi

I remember answering someone else about the exact same thing... First enable data roaming...its a requirement on 48 to receive signal-at no cost.

Try the 48 tweakker i might not have selected your model when making a copy of the link address but you can select your model from accessing the link below
