Stolen Phone!

My Phone got stolen I requested a new sim so it is blocked. I was wondering would I be able to get the phone completely blocked that the phone is blacklisted. I don't know how to do it or where to go about getting it done. I don't want the phone to be able to be used or turned on so can someone please help me as I'm really worried! Thank You

You should also consdider reporting it to the Gardaí.

Did you enable the "Find my iPhone" option to trace and optionally wipe your iPhone?

Bear in mind that experienced thieves will probably know how to avoid this working.

if you know the serial number (IMEI) of the phone you can get it blocked through your network provider. Means it becomes worthless to thief.
