My 3g internet won't work on my phone

I got a Huawei G510 for christmas and everything is working fine except I can't connect to the internet unless I'm using wifi. I have 1gb of data so that is not the problem.. Please help

You say all other function's are working... (calls/texts) so i assume you have data roaming active already.

It should just work if you have a data allowance with your membership or add-on.

If not then try rebooting the phone.

If it still doesn't work then review the steps here:

No tweakker didn't work either? If I reboot my phone will I lose any files?

Hi Alan

Strange...

A Reboot is simply switching off, then on your handset - there is no detrimental effect from doing so.

If you find you still have no internet after reeboot - contact support using the link below.
