      <description>Somewhere in your phones mobile settings there should be the option to reset Network settings. I'm not too familiar with your device, so I cant be of much more help!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try googling "how to reset network settings on HTC PJ401"</description>
