    <description>&lt;BR /&gt;Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can call/text &amp;amp; receive same but having internet trouble...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;All i can advise momentarly is to extract your sim and battery then re insert &amp;amp; switch on&lt;BR /&gt;Go into your phone settings&amp;gt;network settings&amp;gt;48months&amp;gt;select.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It might do the trick...if not post back!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;</description>

      <description>Hello! Since around 12pm today I haven't been able to make or receive any calls or texts due to my phone being unable to connect to the network. It says the network is unavailable and my sim keeps refreshing itself. This another outage starting up or just me? Any help or info would be great thanks.</description>

      <description>Nope, made no difference here &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":confused_face:"&gt;😕&lt;/span&gt; Still unable to connect to the network after taking everything out and putting it back together.</description>
