      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your need data roaming enabled to use 48 because it's an MVNO operating on the O2 network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mobile_virtual_network_operator" target="_blank"&gt;http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mobile_virtual_network_operator&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it says you are roaming then just ignore it.
