Are you calling a regular landline number or something like 1890/1850 etc.? Only regular landline numbers are covered by the bundled landline mins and others need credit - see here under "All the other call charges":

http://www.48months.ie/boiler-plate/other-call-charges

In some cases there are regular landline number alternatives for 1890/1850 numbers some of which are listed here:

http://www.saynoto1890.com

For NoNonsense Insurance try 01 4194835 instead of 1890 252737 for example.

http://www.nononsense.ie/contact-us/

Hope this helps.
