Roaming after Change

Hello,

I applied to have my old number transferred over at 5 pm. I then topped up my account and my membership is listed as active. With my meteor sim card in the phone it says I have no network connection and it shows no bars of connectivity. When I have my 48 Sim it has full bars of connectivity, but says roaming and no network connection. So now I can't get a signal with my old network or 48. Help!

Hi

On 48 - you need Data Roaming enabled to get Network coverage, so toggle on.

Next manually search network setting's on your handset, select 48.

Next, select your membership, as, you will only be able to use the service with membership running.

At this point you should be able to fully use your phone.
