      <description>&lt;P&gt;Don't shoot the messenger - I don't work for 48 and am just trying to explain things to you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 15px;"&gt;The purchase page makes it clear that the EU roaming add-ons are for the EU only - as the name suggests.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I suppose somebody could buy them by text and maybe not be aware of this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I said you need credit to make/receive calls and send texts while roaming in North America.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this does not suit you then perhaps 48 is not the most suitable service provider for you?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
