Hi There,

First thing to check is your APN Setting's, make sure they are correct.

The possible cause, (if the APN setting's are not at fault) is that you need money in your balance to Send MMS, that said, i can not be certain if this is a reason why you can't recieve them though...

Have a look at the link below:

Add a small amount to your balance... and see if this is indeed the cause.

Just to be clear - you need a data connection (so a membership or an add-on that gives a data allowance) and your interne/MMS settings configured correctly:

And as mentioned above to send MMS messages you need cash in your credit balance - 25c a pop.
